In bloom

A collaboration between a Toronto bridal shop & boudoir photography studio can only result in these beautiful editorial images.  Silk Row Bridal & Kissed By Light Studio teamed up to create an effortless simple, yet significant bridal photoshoot by playing with light & shadows, fresh florals & soft wedding gowns.

The beautiful Polina Machok, represented by Morgan Model Management, wore each gown with grace & elegance, showcasing the delicate detail of each piece.  We chose four looks for this collaborative shoot - two silk gowns by our bohemian wedding dress designer, Daughters of Simone, who also designed the two cathedral veils & the jacquard and feather bridal robe.  The fourth look is a modern silk crepe & organza wedding dress by The Law Bridal.  Silk Row Bridal is the exclusive retailer of both Daughters of Simone & The Law in Toronto.

Every gown we used in this editorial is striking on their own & also leaves endless styling opportunities to make the wedding dress uniquely your own.  We kept each look very minimal & let the gowns speak for themselves.  With the addition of a soft and simple placement of baby's breath in Polina's hair & a more bolder look of lilies framing her face.

Olena from Glowbyo Makeup Studio did beautifully soft hair & makeup looks that complimented each wedding dress & veil and also allowed Polina's natural beauty to shine through.  The way she played with the fresh florals pulled the whole vibe together.

Collaborating with Lora of Kissed By Light Studio allowed us to create new inspiration for our brides to be that differs from other bridal shoots Silk Row has been a part of.  Lora's eye for light & shadow and feminine poses can be seen clearly throughout each image she so beautifully captured.
